Youth Leadership Development Program – A leadership training that advocates for good governance through equipping the youth with the 3 Leadership Principles (Ethical, Effective and Empowering) in reflection to Former Sec Jesse Robredo’s legacy. LLJ aims to demonstrate the characteristics of a good leader so citizens will know what to look and demand in a leader, and at the same time see, what will it take to be one.
Issue: With limited resources, replicating the program to train 100,000 youth leaders by 2020 is costly, requires more man power and time consuming.
Solution: Partner with institutions to help with the deployment of the standardize module and train trainers.
Scale-Ups Fellow: Janine Vicente, RMP is a graduate of Marketing and Advertising Management in DLSU-D. She’s an advocate for heritage, environment and youth empowerment.
