The Scaling Human Rights Fellowship is designed for passionate human rights advocates committed to expanding their impact on a national scale. Through this fellowship, participants will learn and implement advanced scale-up strategies to create sustainable human rights ecosystems using the Endgame Framework and Bridging Leadership methodology.
Program Objectives
Equip Advocates with Scale-Up Strategies: Learn proven methodologies to scale human rights initiatives effectively.
Develop Sustainable Ecosystems: Create and nurture ecosystems that support long-term human rights efforts.
National Scale Implementation: Implement strategies to expand human rights interventions to the national level.
Collaborative Learning: Engage with peers, experts, and mentors to exchange knowledge and best practices.
Bridging Leadership Methodology
The program integrates the Bridging Leadership methodology, focusing on:
Ownership: Cultivate a deep sense of responsibility and commitment among participants for human rights challenges.
Co-Ownership: Foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders to build shared ownership of solutions.
Co-Creation: Engage in collaborative problem-solving to design and implement innovative scale-up solutions.

Characteristics: Develop breakthrough ideas that are easy for other organizations to adopt and integrate.
Core Approach: Conduct research and development, and share knowledge widely.
Future Role: Serve as a knowledge hub for human rights innovation.
Replication
Characteristics: Create replicable operating models that can be adopted by other organizations.
Core Approach: Demonstrate efficacy and provide certification and training services.
Future Role: Act as a center of excellence to support other organizations in adopting successful models.
Government Adoption
Characteristics: Develop models with high coverage potential that can be integrated into public sector programs.
Core Approach: Deliver results at scale to make a case for government involvement.
Future Role: Offer services to government agencies and maintain advocacy efforts.
Commercial Adoption
Characteristics: Create products or services with profit potential that solve market failures or reduce risks.
